Makes me think of a mix between Ms Marvel or Black Canary and Mockingbird (she uses the stick-staff combo rather than tonfa-staff though). Which is awesome by the way, I love Mockingbird, had a character in CoH that was similar to her, a homage without being a rip off etc. 

This though is great, love the mask too :D
